Wow, it's been almost a whole year!

There are so many things to say since the last time I posted something I don't where to start!! haha, the fruits of procrastination. Well, here we go: Ashley is about to turn 12 and is getting really tall and even more beautiful/smart/funny! Zane is creeping up on 3 and is not quite out of the terrible-twos yet, but he's getting better. He moved into his big-boy room about 2 months ago so Zach could move into the nursury. Both sleep through the night now so that is a blessing. Kristi is able to sleep as well not having to nurse 4 times a night. It was almost a complete change for little Zach and it happened overnight, literally.
We've started finishing our basement in an effort to increase the value of the house, so I may put a few pictures up to show the progress (framing is done, I'm working on the plumbing and wiring now).
Ashley has started summer swim league so we are going to practice every night and her meets will start in 2 weeks (the ones that start at 5:45 am, ugh).

Labor Day at the Sunday's

We had a blast at Shannon and Chad's for Labor day even though we could only stay for the day... It was really great to see everyone in the same place at the same time. And we couldn't have asked for better weather either!!

Seeing Mike, Julie and Riley was great although Riley was off playing with Noah and we didn't manage to get any pictures of either of them. :-(

Some new pictures and things

Hello all, yes we've been slacking with this site, but part of the blame can be put on our old, junky camera which we finally replaced with a brand new one, yay! Then, we had around 600 or more pictures on it when Zane somehow got ahold of it and stumbled his way through the options to the "Delete All Images" selection and yep, you guessed it, bye-bye. Bye-bye to Zack's baptism pictures, all our summer vacation pictures, Ashley's girlscout pictures, etc. :-(

The rest of the blame is ours, so please forgive us. Anyhoo, here are some recent pictures to check out.

Zachary Warner Nourse arrives at last!

Say "Hello" to the newest member of our blessed family! He's Zachary Warner, Warner being the middle name of his Papa O'Boyle. He was 9lbs 5oz and 21 1/4", not quite as big as brother Zane but only 5oz shy. He and Mom are home now and doing well. He spends most of his time sleeping but wakes up every couple of hours for something to eat, and of course is a night-owl like his 2 older siblings were.

This is my boy from about, well, about 6 months ago... like I said, I've not updated this blog in a while. He can stand up, walk (well, almost, as long as it's behind his push car, or holding on to the wall or kitchen cabinets), he says a few words (mama, lala, and bob... we haven't figured out who Bob is!) and eats like a horse. More to come...

It's been a while

Sorry for not posting in a really long time, I have tons of pictures of Ashley and Zane to put up here soon so be patient. On a bright note, we have just found out for sure the Ash and Zane have a new sibling on the way! Stay tuned for more on that.

Welcome to our family blog! This is the initial post to this blog which was prompted by the birth of our newest member, Zane Thomas (2nd child, our first, Ashley, was born long before the advent of blogging). We'll be posting pictures soon for the benefit of family/friends (I don't want to crash anyone's E-Mail inbox or rely on snail-mail). Please check back soon!
